1.1. Stage One Youth Theatre is a registered charity in the United Kingdom, with registration number 1202098. The Website is operated by Stage One Youth Theatre ("we," "us," or "our").

Prop and Costume Rental

3.1. The Website may offer prop and costume rental services. By renting props and costumes, you agree to comply with any rental terms and conditions specified on the Website.

3.2. You are responsible for the proper use, care, and return of rented props and costumes. Any damages or loss may result in additional charges.

3.3. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

3.4. Rental fees must be paid in full before the rental period begins. 

Donations and Gift Aid

4.1. The Website provides a platform for making donations to Stage One Youth Theatre. By making a donation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and authorise the use of your donation for the purposes specified by Stage One Youth Theatre.

4.2. If you are a UK taxpayer, you may be eligible to claim Gift Aid on your donation. By confirming your eligibility and providing the necessary information, you authorise Stage One Youth Theatre to claim Gift Aid on your behalf.

4.3. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
